This is the perfect opportunity to bring out a classic frozen dessert: the banana split! An ultra-simple, quick, and slightly indulgent dessert, but hey, we all deserve a treat from time to time, right?! Plus, when you don't know what to do with your overly spotted bananas, the banana split is the ideal solution! Just sauté them for a few minutes in a pan, and your guests won't suspect a thing ;-)

The banana: you don't have to fry it and can use it raw.
