250 gr almond powder
250 gr iced sugar
1 egg white
A few drops of lemon juice
2 table spoons of water
1 tea spoon cacao powder or some colorant
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together
Take the mix that you want and add the cacao powder or colorant
Keep the rest white if you want or add another color
Place it on some Cling film (household film)
Keep it 24 hours in the fridge
The next day you can make figures or you can roll it and cut it in slices
