Mousse de ciocolata

Ingrediente pt. 4 portii
* 150 g ciocolata cu 70% cacao;
* 1 lingura unt nesarat;
* 3 oua;
* 250 ml frisca;
* 1-2 linguri cafea ( optional).

Mod de preparare:
Se bate frisca si se da la frigider. Intr-un vas, la bain-marie, se pun ciocolata, untul taiat cubulete si cafeaua si se amesteca pana ce s-a topit ciocolata. Se scate de la bain-marie si se lasa sa se racoreasca. Dupa ce s-a racit ciocolata se adauga galbenusurile si o treime din frisca batuta. se pune si jumatate din cantitatea de albusuri batute spuma. Se amesteca bine si apoi se pune frisca ramasa si albusurile batute spuma.

Se pune spuma in pahare, care se da la rece cel putin 2 ore, si se serveste cu frisca si ciocolata rasa.
