French bean & Sweet corn salad, Beetroot & Paneer salad , Egg with Russian salad
 FRENCH BEAN & SWEET CORN SALAD Ingredients 1 1/2 cup sweet corn 250 g French beans A little oregano ( optional ) Salt and pepper to taste French dressing as required Method French dressing Ingredients 1 cup vinegar Salt, pepper and mustard pepper to taste 1 cup oil Method Mix all the ingredients well and beat with a hand beater to a smooth mixture. Store in refrigerator. Final preparation Pressure cook the sweet corn with a pinch of salt till tender. Julienne the French beans and steam them till done. When cool mix all the ingredients well.  BEETROOT & PANEER SALAD Ingredients 2 medium sized beetroots, boiled and peeled 200 g paneer ( cottage cheese ), cubed 1 1/2 teaspoon honey 1 tablespoon or more French dressing A few basil leaves Salt and pepper to taste Method Cube the beetroot fine. Add the cubed paneer , honey and French dressing. Mix well . Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning and serve.  EGGS WITH RUSSIAN SALAD Ingredients 6 eggs, hard boiled For Russian Salad 2 cup mayonnaise 2 medium sized potatoes 4 carrots 150 g French beans, julienned 3 slices pineapple , cubed 1 cup green peas , shelled 150 g cauliflower , cut into florets Salt and pepper to taste Method Boil and cube the vegetables. When cool , fold all the ingredients for the Russian salad into the mayonnaise. Mix and chill the salad. Shell and cut the eggs into half. Garnish the salad with hard boiled eggs.  related searches : French
