Fursecuri Linzer

Ingrediente:
- 300 g faina
- 170 g zahar
- 170 g unt rece
- 1 ou
- 1 galbenus
- 2 lgr. coaja rasa lamaie
- ½ lgr. praf de copt
- ¼ lgr. sare
- 1 lgr. scortisoara
- 1 ½ lgr. esenta vanilie
- gem
Din ingredientele de mai sus, se face un aluat care se lasa la rece pentru 30 min. Se intinde o foaie (aprox. 5 mm grosime) si se taie in formele dorite...avand in vedere ca sarbatorile iernii bat la usa, am ales sa fac cativa braduti si stelute.

Le-am copt cateva minute la foc potrivit, dupa ce s-au racit le-am unit cu gem si le-am pudrat cu zahar. Am facut reteta asta pentru prima data si constat ca trebuia sa fiu mai generoasa cu gemulPhotobucketpe viitor imi voi indrepta greseala Photobucket
Sunt foarte fine, fragede, gustoase.......pofta buna !!!
