Gobi spicy curry
CAULIFLOWER SPICY CURRY It is a fried cauliflower with masala in it. Very delicious and crunchy too. Cuisine : Indian Preparation time : 20 mins Cooking time : 10 mins Course : Side dish Main Ingredient : Cauliflower Ingredients : Cauliflower - florets 2 cups Tomato - 1 Cup chopped Onion - 1 Cup chopped Ginger - 1 tbsp chopped Garlic - tbsp chopped Green chilli - 3 Oil to fry - 2 cups Jeera - 1 tbsp Chilli powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tbsp Salt to taste Preparation : Separate the florets and put in hot water for 5 minsTake it off from the water and place in a towel or tissue to fryThen heat the oil and fry it, till gets brownThen in a pan, add oil then jeera ginger and garlic. Saute wellNow add onion and then the tomato.After well cooked add all masala to the pan.Now add fried cauliflower and mix well.Garnish with cilantro. Serve it hot with chapathi or rice.
