Italian Veggie Sausage and Peppers
This is a nice, simple, light Italian dish. Serve with rice or on Italian bread, but it’s just as delicious on its own. In a large baking dish, combine: 1tbsp olive oil 1 tsp Italian seasonings 1 Tbsp chopped garlic 16 oz canned diced tomatoes 6 peppers, 2 each of red, green, yellow 1 small sliced sweet onion Bake for 1 hour at 350. Then add 4 vegetarian Italian “sausages” (I used Light Life Smart Sausages Italian style) and bake for 30 more minutes. 4 servings. Weight Watchers Points Plus value: 6 related searches : Italian
