Coriander Pesto:

2 cups Coriander leaves

1/2 cup Parsley leaves

3 tablespoons Almond powder

5 nos Garlic cloves

3 nos Green chillies (chopped)

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Lime Juice


1 packet Pasta

1 teaspoon Oil

Mini Omelettes:

2nos Eggs

1/4cup Grated Onions

1/4 teaspoon Pepper powder


1 tablespoon Oil


  • Blend all the ingredients for the coriander pesto as paste, conserve this paste in an air tightened bottle..
  • Meanwhile cook the pasta with few drops of oil until they turns tender..
  • Add directly the pesto paste to the cooked pasta.
  • Whish the omelette with pepper powder, salt and grated onions.
  • Heat the appe pan with few drops of oil, pour a tablespoon of egg mixture to the appe pan, cook on both sides and serve hot.
