Juicing Recipe: Carrot & Celery Mix

Juicing Recipe

1 handful baby carrots
1 rib celery
1 handful white grapes
1 apple

This mixture was wonderfully sweet with the fresh taste of the celery and carrots coming through.

When I made this recipe I had no idea how beneficial celery was (it was a fridge cleanout). I'm not one to eat celery alone or as a peanut butter boat. I will, however, start juicing with it more often.
