Ingredients

• 1 cup Carrot (chopped)
• 1 cup Celery (chopped)
• 1 no Onion (chopped)
• 1 teaspoon Ginger (grated)
• 2 nos Potatoes (chopped)
• 2 cup Vegetable stock water
• 2 tablespoons Cream
• Salt
• Olive oil
• Pepper powder

Preparation

• Heat the olive oil, add the grated ginger, chopped onions and sauté until the onions turns transculent.
• Add now the potatos, cook for few minutes.
• Then add the chopepd carrots,chopped celery and cook until the veggies get half cooked,
• Add the vegetable stock water,salt,cook until the veggies gets well cooked.
• Finally add the cream,pepper powder and blend as soup with a hand blender.
