Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
300 g white carrots

300 g pork ribs

5  medium dried scallops

7  red dates

1 slice of dried squid

1 teaspoon of peppercorn

7 bowls of water

salt to taste

Preparation

  • Peel the carrots and cut into triangle in shapes.
  • Scald the pork in hot water for about 5 minutes,wash and rinse.
  • Wash the red dates.dried scallops and dried squid.
  • Lightly crash the peppercorn.
  • Boil the water in a soup pot, put in all the ingredients except the salt.
  • Let it boil for 1 and half hour in slow fire.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
