Cook time35 min

Grind smoothly two uncooked fresh corns using 3cups of water and keep it aside.
Chop celery and keep aside. Pressure cook one corn and keep it aside.
Now, in a medium heat vessel add butter and slightly saute celery till a nice aroma of butter and celery comes.
Then add Vegetable stock if using. Next add ground uncooked corn. Add needed salt to it.
Uncover and cook it till fully done. Add little water if necessary.
Transfer this soup to a serving bowl and add cooked corn kennels in it and slightly mix.
Serve hot and enjoy this healthy and comforting soup.
Options: You can also make spinach and corn soup in the same method by adding spinach instead of celery.
