Kalmi Kabab Ingredients Chicken legs - 1 kg? Ginger garlic paste - 10 gm ?Yellow chilli powder - 10 gm Lime juice two lemons ? Cheese - 50 gm Besan (gramflour) - half cup ? Hung curd - 100 gm Salt to taste Cream - 100 gm Javithri ( mace )/elaichi ( cardamom ) powder - 3 gm Method Remove moisture from chicken legs. Rub ginger garlic paste, yellow chilli powder and add salt to taste. ? Add lime juice ?. Saute besan in little butter. Make cream and cheese to a smooth the paste. ? Mix besan, cheese, curd and cream to make a marinade. ? Add javithri/elaichi powder. ?
Coat the chicken legs in the marinade. ? Store in a cool place till cream sets. ? Cook over grill after skewering the chicken. Serve with mint chutney and salad.
