Indian tandoori chicken

- De-bone the chicken into 8 pieces. Marinate it with salt and lemon juice.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, chaat masala, crushed pepper, grated cheese, salt, fresh cream mixed with curd.
- Leave to marinate for an hour. Thread the chicken pieces on to a skewer and place inside the Tandoor.
- Remove after 5 minutes and smear with butter. Place it again the Tandoor .
- Remove when done. Sprinkle chaat masala.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and salads.
