Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Ginger- garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Cheese grated - 2 teaspoon

Freshly crushed pepper - 2 teaspoon

Thick cream - 2 tablespoon

Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon

Garam Masala powder - quarter teaspoon

Butter - 20 g


  • De-bone the chicken into 8 pieces. Marinate it with salt and lemon juice.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, chaat masala, crushed pepper, grated cheese, salt, fresh cream mixed with curd.
  • Leave to marinate for an hour. Thread the chicken pieces on to a skewer and place inside the Tandoor.
  • Remove after 5 minutes and smear with butter. Place it again the Tandoor .
  • Remove when done. Sprinkle chaat masala.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney and salads.
