Little engine that could

By Consider This! (Visit website)

Man, am I on point today! I just got home from a wonderfully fulfilling Pilates sesion. My body just feels so efficient today. Thank you body! Before class I snacked on this curious little bar while beading away
I obviously missed the part that said "Mayan Spice" because a few minutes down the hatch and I had a curious little tingle on the taste buds! It was quite nice, much better than it's Larabar counterpart, Coco Mole. This hit just enough, and was very exciting to eat!
In my humble opinion.
Here's the low down:

After Pilates I came home for a Recovery Lunch, chock full of flava
Tempeh, Avocado, Tomato Sammie with cilantro and arugula
On some bread that may or may not have been moldy. Hey, I toasted it right? ;)
Gettin up on those probiotics!
Oh! And a juicy Tangelo!

In jewelry news: Here are 2 of my latest creations. Both of which have been inspired by and one of which is created for the lovely Erin, my fellow Floridian vegan!
Oriental beaded choker with good luck Elephant charm
Turqoise chips and gold Tree of LIFE pendant, choker
"Live" inscriped on the back

That's all I got!
Caroline, OUT!
