Prepare the batter: mix flour, chili powder, milk, salt, pepper, and fresh yeast. Let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature; it should double in volume.
Peel and slice the eggplant into rounds. Coat the slices with flour, then dip them into the batter.
Fry the eggplants in boiling oil for about 2 minutes on each side, then place them on paper towels.
It's ready! Drizzle with honey!
