Make a tempura batter and fry your eggplants for dinner !

Ingredients

Number of serving: 6

100 gr flour


10 gr yeast

10 cl milk


Pepper

Flour

Frying oil

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Eggplant tempura
    Prepare tempura batter : mix flour + chili powder + milk + salt + pepper + yeast. Leave to rest during 1 hour at room temperature.
  • Step 2 - Eggplant tempura
    Peel and cut eggplant into slices. Cover the slices with flour then dip into the tempura batter.
  • Step 3 - Eggplant tempura
    Fry your eggplants in boiling oil during 2 minutes on each side and put them on a paper towel.
  • Step 4 - Eggplant tempura
    Pour some honey on top and there you are !
