- Put the flour in a bowl, add the water and knead with your hands.
- Leave it to rest for 20 minutes.
- Put this dough in a bowl, add the salt, the yeast and the oil.
- Knead for 10 minutes.
- Leave it to swell for 2 hours at room temperature.
- Once the dough has swollen, knead it quickly to take the air out.
- Put it on a baking tray, and spread the dough with your fingers to form your pizza. Garnish, and bake 12 minutes at 410°F (210°C).
