How to make a pizza dough?


The recipe for a pizza dough to make your own pizza from scratch!

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp dried yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Put the flour in a bowl, add the water and knead with your hands.

Leave it to rest for 20 minutes.

Put this dough in a bowl, add the salt, the yeast and the oil.

Knead for 10 minutes.

Leave it to swell for 2 hours at room temperature.

Once the dough has swollen, knead it quickly to take the air out.

Put it on a baking tray, and spread the dough with your fingers to form your pizza. Garnish, and bake 12 minutes at 410°F (210°C).
