Little golden rose cakes

Some days ago I wrote to you about my failure in making madeleines.  I didn’t go for a new attempt because, well, I stil don’t own a madeleine baking pan.  But the little roses baking form deserved a new chance too.  So, I did and this time they came out very nice and tasty:

In fact I was challenged because teenage girl took the bad ones to school for her friends, and they were way to salty and very bad shaped.  Only a few kids liked them.   So this week  I really wanted to proof that I  am a person that is able to bake good looking and tasting mini cakes.  The challenge succeeded.  This time I was awarded with ‘the best cakes I have ever eating’. 

In fact the honor should go to  ’Vegan cupcakes take over the world’.  Because I simply used the recipe for the golden vanilla cupcakes.
