Live Super Green Marinara for your Rasta...mmmm
Can you tell I'm mastering rasta, living soup and raw cookies?? lol. Well this is basic marinara with a green twist :) I would have eaten it as soup but I already prepared my rasta zoodles. It's in a jar because I'm taking to yoga tonight... Trent and I take turns in yoga and playing with River, and were always starving after class. I made the zoodles and added in coodles too, (carrot noodles) haha. Mmmm I cant wait. Throw these things in a blender or food processor 2 cups chopped tomato's A big handful of basil 2 handfuls of spinach 1/4 white onion 2 medium or 1 large clove of garlic 1 RIPE jalapeno (ripe jalapenos are red) about 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (soaked) 2 tbsp olive oil 1 or 2 tbsp bragg's liquid aminos squirt of lemon juice dash of sea salt Oh and just for a smile... ?
