Preparation
Put all the ingredients (except the mango sauce) in a pot.
Bring to a boil and let it boil for 2 minutes while stirring.
Pour into 4 serving glasses. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Pour some mango sauce on top of each panna cotta.
And there you have it, your vegan panna cotta is ready!
Observations
Plant milk: here we used coconut milk, but you can use any other plant milk.
Stronger coconut flavor: swap your milk for coconut cream!
