Microwave Vs. Stove Top Popcorn; Video Blog

By THE CANDID RD (Visit website)

Popcorn is my favorite midnight snack. I seriously eat it every night! Recently I've started making/eating my own popcorn, made from the kernels and popped on our stove (although I just got a new popcorn toy that I will be sharing with you soon!). I do still like the bagged microwave popcorn at times, because I miss that buttery taste!

Here are some of the nutritional and other comparisons between microwave popcorn, and stove-top (straight from the kernel) popcorn.

QUESTION: What's your favorite way to eat popcorn? I like to sprinkle mine with nutritional yeast and a very tiny bit of salt. Perfect.
