Sweet potato gnocchi (easy gnocchi)

Gnocchi have gained a new flavor thanks to sweet potatoes. It only took replacing regular potatoes to innovate this recipe. Very easy to prepare, it is also versatile, as we can use wheat flour (as is done with traditional gnocchi) or gluten-free flour (for those with allergies). Both will yield excellent results.
