- Peel and wash the sweet potatoes. Cut them into small cubes and cook them with 1/2 cup of water in a pan.
- Dry grind ingredients 2-4 in a mixer and keep.
- Once the potatoes are 3/4th cooked, add salt and turmeric powder along with the ground coconut mix.
- Mix it well and allow to cook for another 2 minutes. For seasoning, take a small pan and add oil.
- Once hot, allow the mustared seeds to sputter and then add the curry leaves. Top this over the prepared puzhukku and serve hot.
