Red Spinach-chopped-1/2 cup


Green chilly-3

Salt-to taste

Coconut oil-1 teaspoon

Curryleaves-1 stem

To grind :

Grated coconut-3/4 cup

Cumin seed-1/2 teaspoon

Pearl onion-1

Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon

Chilly powder-1 teaspoon


  • Grind the above ingredients to a thick paste. Add this with half cup of water to the chopped cheera ,tomato,green chilly and curry leaves.
  • Transfer it in a microwave safe casserole. Add salt and close the casserole. Cook on 100% power for 6 minutes.
  • Add coconut oil and mix well.
