Ingredients

• Mango raw, grated 1 cup
• Jaggery powder 2 cups
• Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation

• Mix the grated jaggery and mango in a bowl in the microwave.
• High microwave for 7 minutes to give a mixture at intervals of two minutes.
• Give a rest a minute or two and it will fix.
• Place a spoonful and see if it flakes and is done.
