Mango chicken stirfry

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup pepper, chopped
• 3/4 cup chicken breast,diced
• 1/4 cup onion, sliced
• 3/4 cup haden(ripe and firm) mango,diced
• 1 tsp finely chopped ginger garlic
• 1/2 tsp tamari ( wheat free soy sauce)
• 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
• 1/2 tsp fish sauce
• salt as per taste
• 1/4 -1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 2 tbsp olive oil
