Ingredients

• 6 ounce mango low fat yogurt
• 2 tbsp whipped cream
• 1 cup chopped mango and kiwi fruit
• whipped cream

Preparation

• Put 2 tbsp flavoured yogurt to a parfait glass.
• Layer it with 1 tbsp cream. Top with chopped mango and kiwi. If you want, you can repeat the process.
• Serve topped with whipped cream and dried nuts.
