Preheat the oven to 160C. Grease and line a loaf tin or an 8 round tin. Sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl and add the butter, caster sugar,eggs and vanilla extract.
Beat well until the mixture is smooth,then stir in half the chopped kiwi fruit. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the surface with a palette knife. Scatter over remaining chopped fruit.

Bake for about 1 hour or until risen,firm and golden brown. Leave to cool in tin for 10 minutes, then turn out and finish cooling on a wire rack.

You can decorate as you want using kiwi fruit and chocolate, or as shown in the recipe photos!
