Mango salsa with roasted capsicum

Ingredients

• 2 big mangoes (Alphonso)
• 1 green capsicum
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 onion
• few mint leaves
• 1 Pomegranate
• 1-2 cucumbers
• few almonds (chopped)
• For Dressing
• Juice of 1 orange
• handful of coriander leaves
• 2 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon ginger juice
• salt and pepper (to taste)
