For a hearty, fresh, and fruity snack, try this chia seed and kiwi pudding recipe! Pour the milk into a bowl. Add the honey, then the chia seeds, and stir well. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
Cut the kiwi into slices. (You can create shapes using a cookie cutter if you like). Arrange the slices vertically against the sides of a glass, then pour the pudding into the center.
Add the pudding. That's it! Your chia pudding is ready!
Observations
It's best to do the decoration once the pudding is ready.
Vegan version: You can opt for a plant-based milk (soy, rice, almond...) instead of regular milk and agave syrup instead of honey :-)
