Ingredients

• 2 packages soft silken tofu, preferably lite (1 pound each)
• ½ cup unsweetened plain cocoa powder
• ½ cup sugar substitute
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

• Blend or puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
