- Soak the china grass in water for 1 hour. In a bowl mix milk,condensed milk,cream and vanilla essence.
- Mix well with a spoon. Boil the china grass till totally dissolved. Add this china grass to the milk mixture.
- Divide it into 2 portions. In one portion add the biscuits by breaking into small pieces.
- Pour this to a pudding dish and keep it for setting. In the other half add the chocolate syrup or melted cooking chocolate and mix well.
- When the first layer is almost set pour the chocolate layer over it. Keep it back in the fridge for setting fully.
- Garnish with nuts and chocolate syrup and serve.
