Microwave coconut flan - 8 minutes

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup sugar
• some water
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 7 ounces condensed milk
• 1.5 oz grated coconut

Materials

• Microwavable mold

Preparation

• Make the caramel : in a pot on medium heat, put the sugar and some water, and leave until caramel forms. Immediately take it out of the heat and pour it into a microwavable mould.
• Beat the eggs and add the coconut milk. Stir, and add the condensed milk, and mix well. Add the grated coconut and stir.
  
• Pour this batter into the cake mould where you have poured the caramel before.
• Microwave the flan for 8 minutes at 800 W. Check for doneness with a toothpick and remove from microwave.
  
• Leave to cool down completely and unmold. And there you are !
