Prepared in 2 minutes and then cooked for 8 minutes in the microwave, you calculated it right: we guarantee a dessert in just 10 minutes! Ingredients

Caramel:

• 70 g sugar
• some water

Flan:

• 200 ml sweetened condensed milk
• 200 ml coconut milk
• 4 eggs
• 50 g grated coconut

Materials

• Microwavable mold (here 14x22 cm)

Preparation

• Make the caramel: in a saucepan over medium heat, put the sugar and a little water, and let it cook until the caramel forms. Immediately pour it into the bottom of a microwavable mold.
• In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and grated coconut.
• Pour this mixture into the mold over the caramel.
• Microwave the flan for 8 minutes at maximum power. Check for doneness with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, it's ready; otherwise, extend the cooking time.
• Remove the flan from the microwave and let it cool completely before unmolding. And there you have it!
