Salted peanuts in microwave (khari sing)

Ingredients

• 2 cups Peanuts (Shelled)
• 1/2 tablespoon Salt or your taste
• 1 tablespoon Water + 2 cups water
• Microwave safe bowl

Preparation

• Take 2 cups water and add in peanuts leave for 1 minute (don't live more time otherwise shelled come out).
• Drain all water and add salt and 1 tablespoon water mix well.
• Leave about 20 minutes, every 5 minutes tossed well.
• Now put in microwave high temperature about 6 min.
• Tossed every 1 minute, cool about 30 minutes.
• Store air tight container.
