Mince meat with peas Ingredients ½ kg mince meat2 lemons 6 green chilies 3 sliced onions 1 bunch sliced coriander 1 cup oil 2 cups of peas 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp red chili powder 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste Salt to taste Method In a cooking pot, heat 1 cup oil and sauté 3 sliced onions. Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tbsp red chili powder and sauté briefly. Now add ½ kg mince meat and salt to taste and allow cooking.
