Mince meat with peas

Mince meat with peas




Ingredients
½ kg mince meat
2 lemons
6 green chilies
3 sliced onions
1 bunch sliced coriander
1 cup oil
2 cups of peas
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Method
In a cooking pot, heat 1 cup oil and sauté 3 sliced onions. Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tbsp red chili powder and sauté briefly. 
Now add ½ kg mince meat and salt to taste and allow cooking. When mince meat begins to dry, add 2 cups peas and 6 green chilies and sauté. Add a bunch of sliced coriander after 5 minutes and serve.
