Ingredients: Okra-20 nosMustard/Channa dal/Urad dal-1/2 teaspoon eachOil-2 teaspoonTurmeric powderSalt/Red chilly powder-to tasteSambar powder-1 tespoonCut the edges ,and wash the Vendaikai.Then cut in to lengthwise (R)any desired Shape. Method: Heat Oil in pan,Add mustard,channa dal,urad dal and fry wellAdd Okra/Vendaikai ,put all dry ingredients give a mix and cook in medium heat.Don't put the lid while cookingThis recipe will take maximum15 mns to cook,In between,regularly give a mix.otherwise Vendaikai/Okra will stick in bottom.Finally u can add some shredded coconut.(Optional)Serve with any type of rice. related searches : Okra
