Ingredients:
Urad Dal - 1 cup
Rava/ Semolina - 3 cup
salt for taste

Preparation:
Take Rava put it in the neat and clean white cloth and make a bunch.
In the Idli vessel keep one idli plate and keep this bunch and cook it 20 to 25 min ( dont add water to rava). (if u remove rava, it should be too hot). Let the rava come for room temperature
.
Now grind the Urad dal for Idli consistency and add the Rava and salt.
Let it remain for 8 hrs and prepare the idli by using this mixture.
