Onion 1/2 cut into fine rings Mint 5 to 6 stems Yogurt 1 1/2 cups Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Sugar 1/4 tsp Cumin powder 1/4 tsp (optional)
Method
Remove mint leaves from the stem and give it a rough chop. Whisk the yogurt along with the sugar, salt, pepper and cumin powder until well combined. Whisk in the mint and cut onions till well combined. Garnish with mint and serve.
