Vegetable Sauté is a nice addition to any diner but for the Christmas diner it is a must have.

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
300 g. of bell pepper

300 g. of zucchini

300 g. of eggplants

300 g. of cherry tomatoes

100 g. of shallot or onion

100 g. of leek

fresh thyme

salt

ground black pepper

Preparation

  • Dice all vegetable. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Saute diced vegetables, add thyme, season well. Serve with roast turkey.
