Mushroom and vegetable fritters

fritters can be served as a starter, appetizer or tea time snack.

200g oyster grey mushrooms - shredded into smaller pieces

100g frozen mixed vegetables

1 tbsp rice flour

1 tbsp corn flour

1 egg

2 stalks spring onions - sliced thinly

salt and pepper to taste

water - about 1/2 cup or as needed

oil for frying


  • Into a mixing bowl, add all ingredients

    Mix to combine these ingredients together.

    Pour water inside and stir to get a thick batter.

    Heat oil and spoon the batter inside.

    Fry till dark brown in color and drain off excess oil.

    Serve while still hot with chilly or any other sauce.
