Pumpkin Pecan Bread
Here is a yummy Pumpkin recipe that is sure to hit the spot! I made some loaf's of bread for visiting teaching this month. It was delish! I love anything pumpkin! :)
![]() 1 C. Butter, softened 3 C. Sugar 3 Eggs 3 C. Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Cloves 1/2 tsp Nutmeg 1 (16 oz) can Pumpkin 1 tsp Vanilla 1 C. Pecans, chopped Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Combine next seven ingredients, add to creamed mixture alternating with pumpkin. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. I attached a note with a cute turkey on it. It said: As Thanksgiving Day approaches, Our blessings we recall; The things we are most thankful for, We recollect them all. You are really special, In all you say and do.
