Ingredients

• 1.3 lb pumpkin
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup cream
• 1 short pastry

Preparation

• Cut the pumpkin into dices. Cook it in some butter, then leave to cook 20 minutes at medium heat.
• Take the water out, and squash it. Leave to cool down.
• Add sugar, and the 3 eggs.
• Add the cream, mix well, then blend so the batter is smooth.
• Put the pastry in a pie dish, then pour the batter.
• Bake 25 minutes at 390°F.
• Serve with whipped cream, and there you are !
