Preparation
Cut the avocado in half.
Open.
And take out the core.
Cut pieces (in a grid pattern) on one half, then on the other.
Remove with a spoon and place in a bowl.
Do the same with the 2nd avocado.Blend the 2 avocados.
*You can also mash the avocados ;-)
Cut tomatoes into small pieces.
Cut onion into small pieces.
Place all ingredients in a bowl: blended avocados, tomatoes, onions, a few drops of lemon, salt, pepper, chili pepper (or other spice blends to taste).
Combine it all.
And voilà!
