Ingredients

• 2 avocados (ripe)
• 1 lemon (to taste)
• 1 tomato (to taste)
• 1 onion (to taste)
• Salt
• Pepper
• pinch of hot pepper (or other spices)

Preparation

• Cut the avocado in half.
• Open.
  
• And take out the core.
• Cut pieces (in a grid pattern) on one half, then on the other.
  
• Remove with a spoon and place in a bowl.
  Do the same with the 2nd avocado.
• Blend the 2 avocados.
  
  *You can also mash the avocados ;-)
  
• Cut tomatoes into small pieces.
• Cut onion into small pieces.
  
• Place all ingredients in a bowl: blended avocados, tomatoes, onions, a few drops of lemon, salt, pepper, chili pepper (or other spice blends to taste).
• Combine it all.
  
  And voilà!
