Puttin On The Ritz!

Ladies and gentlemen get your fancy foot work ready for this cake, because its a bit formal for just any old party!

I am pulling out my cake photos and posting them a little fast, but friends have assured me I should be showing off my work as fast as I can to help build up my business.

I had fun with this cake, because the client wanted to have her twenty year wedding anniversary as if they were exchanging vows like they had years earlier. Special occasion right? Well it called for a grooms cake that would knock the socks of that groom! Hint Hint! Gotta keep the romance going in the relationship you know...it is their 20th anniversary you know...

Not only was the groom excited to see this, but the bride also was overwhelmed with my ideas for this 1/2 chocolate sheet cake adorned with my little tuxedo strawberry cuties. The filling is one of the most popular choices, red raspberry jam. I added an extra touch with the grooms monogram in the center.

This sexy male cake not only looked good, but it was moist and delicious as well...you could say it danced on your pallete!

Congratulations are in order to the happy couple, and I look forward to making their next anniversary cakes!
