Another beautiful Sunday with another delight. This time I used dry Kasuri Methi to make Alu Methi. It meant less work to clean the fresh Methi leaves. I could make this dish in 10 min. Yes, just under 10 min I made Alu Methi for three people. A packed of dried Methi leaves cost under Rs 20/-.
