Halloween tarts with mushrooms and garlic-herb cheese
With just 3 ingredients, these savoury mushroom mini-tarts are fun, economical and ultra-quick to prepare. On a puff pastry base, we spread a good garlic and herb cream cheese and add mushroom slices for a slightly "dark" touch (perfect for sticking to the theme). It's an ideal recipe to make with children;). The result? Crunchy, melt-in-the-mouth tarts to serve as an aperitif or as part of a spooky buffet... that won't scare anyone, because it's so good!

Preparation
Cut circles in the puff pastry using a cookie cutter, glass or small bowl.
Prick the center of the circles with a fork.
Spread the center of each pastry circle with approximately 1 teaspoon of fresh garlic and herb cheese (or the cheese of your choice).
Wash the mushrooms and cut in half. Use a straw to pierce the eyes, or trace them with a knife.
Trace the mouth with a knife or toothpick.
You can vary the faces to get different ones.
Arrange the decorated mushrooms on the tartlets.
Bake the tartlets in an oven preheated to 350°F/180°C for 18 minutes. Adjust if necessary.
