RASPBERRY LIME MARTINI

Well! I haven't been able to post here all week - something wrong on Blogger - my apologies if you were waiting with bated breath for my newest designer martini (smile!)

But, finally, here it is The Raspberry Lime Martini - Fresh, refreshing, fruity with a nice acidic balance of fresh lime - perfect for the Fourth of July heat!

Try adding a nice little fresh mint for another little cooling touch if you'd like too! And if you're a fan of raspberries check out my latest recipe for Raspberry Lemon Butter at The Diva of Tiny Foods.

Friday will be my Fourth of July Martini spectacular!!! Everything red, white and blue that can be put in a martini glass!!!
