And now it's ready!
Observations
How do I melt chocolate directly in a piping bag?
Start by cutting your chocolate as small as possible, then run the outside of the piping bag under hot water until all the chocolate has melted. Alternatively, fill a bowl with hot water and dip the tip of the piping bag into the water. Dry the bag and cut off the tip before use.
How do I make this recipe without a piping bag?
You can use a cut-up freezer bag or even a spoon!
Which chocolates should I use to make the Franui-style chocolate bar?
You can use a combination of white and dark chocolate, or white and milk chocolate. You can also try ruby chocolate.
Can this recipe be made with other fruits?
You could also try strawberries, bananas, cherries or blueberries! You'll need fruit that's not too juicy.
What other ingredients should I add?
You can also add grated coconut, or nuts such as almonds, pistachios or roasted hazelnuts, for example!
Can we use a mold?
Of course, we've used a milk carton to make the recipe accessible to everyone. You can use a silicone cake tin, for example. And if you have a chocolate bar mold, that's even better! You'll need to adjust the quantity of raspberries and maybe even chocolate!
How to store the bar?
If you're going to eat it quickly, you can keep it in the fridge. Otherwise, store in the freezer.
