Reading can be bad for your health
Look at this photo. Every magazine in the Library at work has some mention of health and obesity. These are a range of academic journals covering many sectors, just shows you how important food is. What did I find out in 1/2 hour of browsing? Well if you are from a family of obese people you will be too. Stuck in a rut of class and social boundaries. If you are obese then your brain is running slower than average and so it tells you that you are full when it is far to late to stop you stuffing food down your neck. If you life in Northern Ireland you have a higher chance of having a heart attack at 15. 1 in 4 kids in school is already obese and this is set to rise If you are obese in your teens you have got no chance if you do not do anything about it now. 1/3 of calories eaten by children in the UK is comes from restaurants. The NHS really haven't got a clue what to do and gastric bands will be common place. It will now be cheaper to fit gastric bands on mass rather than treat obese people in the future. School chairs are now to weak and small for the majority of children Most women 17-25 never learnt to cook from their mothers You will always be within 10 metres of an obese person.....and its closing, just look around you. Oh my, oh my, what are we to do? How can we help these people? Can we still go on blaming? Surely everyone has to duty to help our poor children. If not they will all die before we do. Who will look after us? I am convinced cooking is the key to all of this. No wonder poor old Jamie Oliver gets emotional on TV JK Lee related searches : Reading
