Review & Spinach MoongDal Fry

I have been asked to Review on behalf of CSN Stores ...Iam really happy to review the Product Modern Bar Stools.
These Modern Bar stools are with lots of choices considering Style,Finish ,Color and a Very Good Price .I appreciated the fabric samples which also adds a great decor to these stools and these Nice stools looks nice with my Kitchen Island .So far I'm impressed with all the CSN Stores their Prices are usually the best (buy a fair amount) and above all shipping was free .Not a sang anywhere .............


we all know Spinach is very good source of Vitamin A and MoongDal acts as Coolant for our body so Combination of both of them is an Healthy combo dish .


Preparation Time :10-15 minutes
Ingredients:

Spinach Chopped 2 cups
Moong Dal 1/2 Cup
Green Chillies slit -4
Salt - To Taste
Onion Sliced -1 Medium
Garlic cloves - 5 to 6 Chopped finely
Ginger Garlic paste 1 Tsp
Urad Dal - 1 Tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 Tsp


Method To Prepare:
Heat a Tbsp of Oil in a Pan add Mustard Seeds and UradDal Let them fry until it changes its color.Add Gr Chillies ,sliced Onions,Garlic cloves ,Ginger -garlic Paste Let them fry in an oil until Raw smell of onions and Ginger garlic goes away ...
Now at this Point of time add Moong dal and Few curry Leaves Fry until Moongdal is slightly golden brown in color .After it changes its color add Spinach add Pinch of sugar /Salt
this is to retain its green color ...
Cook until all moisture oozes out from the mixture ...approximately 10-15 minutes .Dish is ready to serve.
It goes well with Roti or as a side dish for rice as well...
